This page records the SDS process that must be completed before the business claims product documentation is available.

SDS library

Create a current SDS file for every product used on paint, wheels, glass, leather, fabric, plastics, trim, tyres, engine bays, and odour treatment. Keep supplier names, product names, revision dates, dilution ratios, PPE requirements, storage instructions, and emergency guidance.

Customer disclosures

Customers should disclose coatings, wraps, matte paint, allergies, scent sensitivity, pets, child seats, leather type, fabric concerns, and previous chemical reactions before work starts.

Club operating file

Each partner club should have an operating file covering valet bay location, water and power access, drainage, spill response, waste handling, key security, weather procedure, and emergency contacts.

Requesting documents

The final business email must be added here so members and club management can request relevant SDS documents before a booking.
