Terms and operating conditions
These terms are a launch template and must be reviewed against the final business entity, insurer requirements, partner club agreement, and payment provider terms before public launch.
Booking status
Online requests are enquiries until confirmed by the business. A booking is only accepted when the treatment, price, club location, valet bay, key-drop process, date, and handover time have been confirmed.
Vehicle condition
Customers must disclose coatings, wraps, matte paint, damaged paint, wheel defects, warning lights, water leaks, child seats, pets, allergies, scent sensitivity, and valuables before work starts. The team may refuse or amend work if the vehicle condition creates a practical or safety issue.
Keys and access
Key handling must follow the agreed partner club procedure. The final procedure should specify the named key-drop point, identity checks, key storage, vehicle movement rules, and collection process.
Pricing and payment
Displayed prices are guide prices until the final menu is confirmed. Final price may change based on vehicle size, condition, product choice, access, time required, and agreed club operating costs. Deposits and balance payments should be handled through the connected payment provider.
Liability and insurance
The business should publish its insurance position before launch, including public liability, treatment risk, custody and control, movement of vehicles, and exclusions. Existing damage should be recorded before work begins.
Cancellations
Cancellation windows, deposit refunds, no-show rules, and weather disruption rules must be confirmed before taking paid bookings.
