UK make and model banding

Choose the car and classify the valet by its real vehicle class.

The guide uses UK manufacturer model ranges for make/model selection and maps each car to a valet size band. DVLA can validate a registration and official vehicle details server-side, but it does not provide retail prices.

Safe product process

Clear answers for anyone asking what is used on or inside their car.

Products are chosen by surface, condition, and manufacturer sensitivity. Customers can ask before work starts, and product safety data sheets can be provided where required.

Exterior paint pH-balanced pre-wash and shampoo

Used for safe dirt removal with soft mitts and controlled contact. Harsh traffic-film remover is avoided on sensitive paint unless agreed for heavy contamination.

Wheels and tyres Wheel-safe cleaner by finish

Acid-free cleaner is the default. Stronger products are only used when the wheel finish allows it and the customer is told why.

Interior fabrics Low-foam upholstery cleaner

Used for cloth seats, carpets, and mats with controlled moisture so interiors are not over-wet during club-day work.

Leather and trim Material-safe cleaner and conditioner

Gentle leather cleaner, plastic-safe interior cleaner, and non-greasy dressing are used according to the surface.

Glass and screens Streak-free glass cleaner

Ammonia-free style products are preferred around tint, displays, and interior screens. Sprays are controlled away from electronics.

Members can choose vehicle size, treatment level, tee time, and preferred collection timing. The backend checks live guide slots, captures bookings, can open Stripe deposits, and can answer concierge questions through a server-side AI endpoint.
